How we deal with your complaint
- Lodge the complaint using the online complaint form. You can upload any other documents to support your complaint.
- Once the complaint is received, if you have provided contact details, you will receive an acknowledgement that your complaint has been received, either by email or via post.
- Your complaint will then be reviewed and, if further information is required, you may be contacted by the Principal Officer to obtain more details before the matter is referred to the Council.
- The Council will conduct a preliminary examination of the complaint. This may result in your complaint being:
- Dismissed
- Referred to the relevant head of jurisdiction for further consideration and action
- Further examined by the Judicial Council substantively
- Referred to a Judicial Commission
